Very disappointed with clemz

I don’t know if you have the same problem, but I’ve been having a lot of issues with this platform for several months:

Banned for republications. (Yet the republications were spaced out and modified)

Now I have to manually publish drafts by hand, so there’s no spacing between ads, increasing the risk of being banned!!!

For a platform that costs €50/month, this is unacceptable!

I’m going to switch apps because I’ve had enough!

We are sorry to read about your disappointment regarding Clemz. We are doing our best to keep Clemz up-to-date and make selling on the Vinted platform easier for you.

To address your two specific points:

  • What is the reason for the ban for these re-publications? We investigate all ban reasons that users send us via the support address (bonjour@clemz.app) to understand and help you when we can. To date, no wardrobe has been banned because of Clemz.
  • Regarding manual draft publication, Vinted made a change that impacted Clemz and some users. We discussed this on the forum here :right_arrow: Erreur de serveur Vinted: Brouillons Clemz bloqués (1.04.26) Résolu ✅ - numéro 18
    Please update Clemz to version 1.24.3 to republish without interruption. (And with spacing.)
