Hello,
I previously had a Vinted pro account and a personal account.
I deleted my Vinted pro account thinking I could merge my 2 accounts into 1 and convert my personal account to pro.
But even though my account is deleted, the SIRET number is still linked to the account I deleted, preventing me from converting my personal account to pro, as the system indicates that the SIRET is already in use ://
I sent a message to the help center but haven’t received a response after 3 days.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice?

Normally they delete the data after 6 months after deleting an account or after blocking an account
But I have never tried it myself
