I have a problem with Vinted.
I encountered blocking bugs when filling out the Pro form (particularly with the LegalPlace address).
I had therefore managed to create a separate Pro account, but the Pro account was permanently banned very quickly, without me being able to actually use it.
- I asked Vinted to disassociate my SIRET from the banned account, in order to switch my old personal account to Pro — a categorical refusal.
- They also informed me that my data would be kept for 7 to 13 months due to the ban, which legally prevents me from reusing my own SIRET.
Today, I find myself in a deadlock:
- My Pro account is permanently banned.
- My personal account is active, but I cannot switch it to Pro with my real data.
- Vinted refuses any form of unblocking, disassociation, or assistance despite my follow-ups.
