the new section is great, plus I don’t know why but with clemz it seems much more stable (I’m currently testing clemz, and I’m subscribed to a CRM competitor…. hehe and there’s a bug/update that breaks everything a bit because of the changing emails)
small idea, I have a buyer who received their package at the wrong address, first reaction, I search for the customer’s name to see if they have already ordered… the answer: yes, 6 times in my shop so little chance that the customer made a mistake with the address. To confirm, I want to check the slip: and there I can’t get it with clemz… I can only see the tracking link….
it’s a shame because in this case I can’t check if the address was correct.
also, I think the custom display in my sales > analysis is not working. For example, I like to follow indicators:
one I like is the total sales amount (between euros pending the 14-day withdrawal period and total sales made…) And when I select from November 1st to the end of November, it still shows me October
