Suggestion for automating conversations with buyers

Hello Clemz team :waving_hand:

I wanted to submit an improvement idea regarding the messaging system.

Today, I send messages to users without any issues. However, I’d like to go a bit further to maximize engagement.

Here’s what I propose:
:right_arrow: When a user receives my message, reads it, but doesn’t reply, I’d like an automatic offer to appear in the conversation after 5 minutes, without any manual action on my part.

The goal is to capture their attention while they are active and increase my chances of conversion.

Hello LZZ!

So, I have in the back of my mind the idea of proposing improvements to customer messages one day. I have a long list of things to deal with first, but when the topic is at the top of the pile, I will ask the community for your opinions on what features it should include :slight_smile:
