Hello, I listed a new cosmetic product, a miniature eye cream (5 ml) from the Lancôme brand, online 2 days ago. I received it in a gift set and don’t use it myself. However, the product was rejected and removed because, according to Vinted, I am not complying with their catalog rules. This same product is being sold on the site by at least 15 other sellers. I asked Vinted for an explanation, but they have not changed their position. Do you have any explanation? Thank you very much.
