Problem opening buyer's billing info to create invoice

Hello

I am encountering an anomaly when creating my invoices.
I usually retrieve the customer’s billing information (address + email address) by clicking on the link located here:

Usually, a pop-up opens with this information.
But for some time now, it has been sending me to a page:

Have you encountered this before?
If so, how did you resolve it?

For your information, I have tried this with different customers and on Chrome and Edge.
I also cleared my browser history and it’s still not working…

If you have any ideas, I’m open to suggestions!

Thank you
Alain

Hello!
I’m going to tag some professionals available on the forum who might be able to answer you, as I won’t be able to help you myself
@Yestoyday @Gametoysretro @AtelierV perhaps?

If other professionals are around, please don’t hesitate to reply

Hello!
I’ve had the same problem since yesterday morning, and it hasn’t changed today.
I’m using Chrome, I tried on Microsoft Edge. However, I noticed that accessing information via the Vinted mobile app is still accessible. I therefore think the problem is related to using Vinted on a computer.

Everything is back to normal on my end!

Hi! I had the same problem… it lasted more than a month, a real pain! and today, oh miracle, it’s working normally again!
I’m on Chrome

Thank you for your answers!

Today it’s OK indeed!

Hello, regarding your invoicing, you will receive 2 emails from Vinted: one with the return slip and the other with the sales confirmation. You will find all the contact information in these messages, allowing you to establish an invoice (depending on your status: micro, SASU, etc.). You must produce an invoice containing all details concerning your company, the sale, the payment method, VAT, and the item details, plus a few mentions.
Either you use accounting software for this (I use Pennylane), or you use a service that automates this process (incredible time saver). I now use VintedCRM, which automates invoice creation AND sending them to customers. At the end of the month, I download all my invoices and upload them to Pennylane for my accounting: no more data entry.
Vinted will not issue invoices in your name; it is your responsibility to create them, and it is mandatory.

Thank you very much for your information. Can you tell me more about vintedcrm? Is it also an extension that only works for invoices? Honestly, if I could spare myself this chore, it would suit me  For accounting, I use abby, it’s simple to use, it suits me  but I’m not against a change if it makes my life easier…
Thank you!
