Vinted item views problem: bug from 09.17.25

What is reassuring is to see that in the end it’s not just you but everyone.
Same here, I managed to access it, I reposted everything but out of a hundred articles, I only have 1 with 1 view.

For the views, I agree with you too

So if you, like me, have no views, I estimate that it’s the same for everyone, probably a synchronization problem

I just saw on « TotalBug » 0 views, it seems to be the case for everyone indeed

For me, it’s the same with views. I re-published, made the request, indicated that I received them, but I have no views.

Good evening!

Vinted seems to be having an issue with item views… are you affected?

Let us know :slightly_smiling_face:

Views via Clemz are not displayed, otherwise I had a few views today (very few).

Yes, I have the problem. I just tried between my personal and my professional account, the favorites are ok but not the views… And I would say since the end of the morning for me.

The views just came in for everything I posted today!

yes same, yesterday it was ultra dead, no views, nothing, like early September… and early September, just after this problem, I had my best day’s earnings… it’s really getting annoying! and when you contact them: no no, there’s no problem…

in August I had a wallet problem, nothing was arriving in the wallet

this site is so buggy…. I feel like they are growing faster than they are programming…

As far as I’m concerned, it’s only been going on since March, so I don’t pay much attention to it anymore

hello - the views reflect the presentation of your items on the site, I think. This morning when I woke up I had 2 favorites on an article that had been online for a long time and both of these favorites came from Ireland. I deduce that my shop has traveled in Ireland for a while. Vinted in my opinion is outdated. This is the price of success.

I just saw that I am being offered a 50% discount on a showcase but I will not bite. My last showcase was not conclusive: 0 sales (out of a stock of about 500 items).

Can you tell us more?
Do you mean your articles have had 0 views… since March?

Not really

But I talk about it regularly, there are really strange cycles where suddenly everything collapses, visibility, sales, no more offers, no more subscriptions etc … As far as I’m concerned, it’s been since March. On Facebook, some people started to notice this in November. Some professionals I know well are observing the same thing as me. And obviously, there is a proportional drop in turnover to these cycles.

So obviously there is randomness in business, I know that well. But even if I had randomness before, never like this. These are really abrupt stoppages of activity. And I also found what others were reporting strange … until it happened to me too. Personally, this whole thing has ruined my year, plus the current political and economic context, plus the never-ending VAT drama, it’s starting to be a lot.

Thank you for the clarification, indeed I was wondering if it was a bit too much for items to be at 0 for so long.
I see what you mean, I’ve read your feedback on this subject.
I don’t know what else to tell you unfortunately. and Vinted will never be able to confirm or deny « these cycles ».

I think they simply don’t have the infrastructure for their ambitions, and that’s causing all these problems, but in the grand scheme of things, they couldn’t care less if the sellers are impacted.

Today the same problem, whereas yesterday evening around 9:30 PM when I re-published everything worked correctly, especially with ad views, even at full throttle! But around 1:30 PM today, 0 views on only 3 articles re-posted for an hour, whereas at lunchtime it usually works well.

Apparently it depends on the countries, here in Portugal 0 views during the lunch break, like yesterday from morning to late afternoon. It must be the Vinted France union on September 18th… LOL

Last night everything was working great, I mean around 9 PM and now shoot again here in Portugal.

Same here; I post about ten articles around noon, 0 views, 0 favorites. I know my articles are at least somewhat desirable, and even without making sales, I should have at least gotten some views and a few favorites, unless the platform is throttling me.

My theory is that the platform didn’t have enough demand to put all the supply it was receiving into the news feed, and that therefore it created a sort of « bottleneck. »
