I am part of an association that has a Vinted account, and we would like to switch it to a professional account (our association is duly registered and has a SIRET number), but it is not registered with the trade register nor subject to VAT.
When I try to create the professional account, right at the first step, I get the error message attached which prevents me from going any further. I don’t know where the problem comes from, I’m going in circles. Can you please help me?
From memory, you need an RCS to register, but it’s been a while so I could be wrong. But what’s certain is that they ask for it for DAC7, so at some point it will necessarily block you.
You can do without VAT, they’ll just bother you when you reach €25,000 in sales (they take the reform into account even if it’s not applied).
If I may, what do you plan to sell as an association? I’m asking because certain categories can cause problems and could correspond to what many associations do (basically anything creative, even from recycled materials).

As for categories, that shouldn’t be a problem. Just be careful if it’s new, even with a pro account.
