Where are the Clemz views? Feature discontinued

Perhaps display cases with many sales of very common, low-margin products need more visibility than rare, high-value-added products. Personally, on average over a year, I only make 80 euros profit/month, and the Christmas period is more substantial, thanks to Clemz… but a subscription for 3 is expensive for me, especially if it doesn’t work well. So, I hope it will improve and have a module for invoicing, I don’t care, it’s not essential. The best would be to have more favorites on a larger number of items and more credits for messaging because during this period, the quota is used up from the beginning of the evening. We agree, anyway, that most sellers are there to earn their daily bread (and not the butter on the spinach) and not because they find the tasks enjoyable. From there, we want the best quality/price ratio and we are demanding.

Good evening Clément, previously there were more options in the special filters, particularly to see if an item was in Vinted’s sights. Why have these functions disappeared? They were very practical. Thank you for your answer.

Hello everyone,

I’ve made my decision, with a heavy heart, but the view exchange feature is officially discontinued.

My diagnosis after the last few days of work is that the change made by Vinted does not allow for a simple and quick modification of Clemz to fix the exchange. I won’t be able to deliver a correct functional version before the holidays, so I prefer to stop the feature.

I have set up a compensation page for those who do not wish to continue with Clemz or who want compensation. You will find access to the compensation page by launching the view exchange feature on the Clemz extension.

I still have a (slim, admittedly) hope of being able to redo a view exchange one day, but it’s very uncertain, so I prefer that you don’t count on it…

Obviously, it is with great reluctance that I make this decision, but it is Clemz’s destiny to be constantly in motion according to Vinted’s evolution. Some things disappear, I’m working to make sure others take their place

Thank you for the effort. I have chosen the additional republications :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Hi there

Oh no what a disappointment..:scream:

The best boost..:face_holding_back_tears:

Yesterday I managed to get 5 views from clemz.. after midnight.. so nothing is lost for me. Although yes because we can no longer try..:woman_facepalming:

I still hope you don’t despair and that you’ll find a solution to get views again.. as soon as possible.

On exchange groups.. 0 problem. We have our views. But it’s not the same as clemz.. because I don’t have time to do them regularly..

I only use that.. the views.. :eyes:

(For favorites, I have real ones and from friends, so too many is fake..)

So bummed…

No, it’s Clément.. but not the competitor you mention…

I thought because a video presentation by Vinz talks about Clément in Montpellier and the extension looks exactly like Clemz’s

Vinz is the old name of Clemz  I changed the name a few years ago.

Vinted has gradually reduced the publicly available information and therefore Clemz no longer has access to several things. But this has been the case for months

I hope so too, but as I said, it’s better not to count on it because it’s very unlikely… :frowning:

Yes, that’s what I understood!

Hello,

Thank you Clément for the information.
A little disappointment on my end as well, it provided good visibility but that’s how it is, you’ve always been clear from the start :+1:

However, I’ll allow myself a small remark, I find it a bit of a shame to have stopped it and that we can no longer try because it seems to me (but I will do some tests) that it was still working a little, I was able to get views, admittedly less than 10/article but it’s better than 0. But maybe I’m mistaken, to be seen with other users?
I’ll see my future republications if I stay at 0 views or if it goes up a bit anyway.

Fingers crossed for 2026, who knows?

In any case, thank you for all the work, I’m definitely staying with Clemz

Hello,

Thank you Clément and the Clemz team for doing your best. They have no choice but to adapt to an application that makes the ball spin very regularly. Good luck to you and have a good day everyone!

Thank you @Clement for your involvement, indeed we are all a bit disappointed, like you, about what is happening but that’s how it is and we have to deal with it…

I also had a few views like @Sabine so wouldn’t it be possible to leave us the feature without displaying it in the paid services related to the « contract », so that we can still try? (You never know and Vinted changes so often…)

Have a good day to all, good luck to both of you because I imagine the decision was not easy to make…

Thank you very much @Clement and @Lucile because I know you are doing your utmost to ensure everything goes smoothly. I sold a lot in November and early December and it is true that my sales have decreased a bit since the bug, coincidence or not, we can’t know…
Since the views system stopped working, I’ve only used favorites and I haven’t had any issues.
I hope @Clement you will manage to solve the problem for 2026, it was really a plus…
I opted for additional listings and thank you for this commercial gesture.
Happy holidays to all and happy selling!

This year, it’s more this that worked, collectors are broke as far as I’m concerned (no big deal, I have the ability to play on both sides)

Hence my clarification in parentheses. I’ll let you imagine that when I have 20 sales to record, just having to sync to send them automatically and not record anything in invoicing software means hours of work less per week. Plus the slips that I print all at once instead of going on each conversation. In short, for me, that plus the reposts, I’m okay with paying 15 bucks a month.

Hello!

Personally, even without the views, I’m keeping my subscription because I find value in the other features. However, as an account with a « small » wardrobe, I admit that the compensation of 250 extra reposts isn’t very interesting to me.

I think the exchange of favorites remains interesting, even without the views, but maybe I’m wrong? If you agree with that, could we perhaps have more favorites instead of reposts to compensate for the absence of views? Personally, as I said, with my small wardrobe, I would prefer that.

I don’t know what you think?

Thanks in advance!

(And thanks also for all the effort you put in @Clement, I find your tool really great! And @Lucile always on the ball with support )

Yes, good idea because you can only ask for favorites once a day, so they might as well be effective!!

Isn’t it annoying to have a lot of bookmarks without a view? What do you think? For now, I don’t dare to…

Since the bug, I’ve continued to get favorites and haven’t had any issues… and I’ve sold as usual. My logic is that there are always people who will favorite from their feed, without entering the item to get a view. I’ve always had organic favorites without views. So I don’t see why it would be a problem. Then again… I’m not a Vinted algorithm pro.

After all, what is the real impact of views? I don’t necessarily feel like it changes much. Reposts do, because ads go back up and appear in suggestions or at the top of searches. Favorites too, since they are visible, which can encourage a buyer to hurry by thinking that many people are interested.

But hey, I’ve already seen sellers who display items with 50 favorites, who have 8,000 followers, etc… and who in the end have a few tens of ratings. So, that it helps, that it’s a complement, okay, but I don’t think you can make it the pillar of your sales.

Hello Clément and Lucille, I imagine this is a tough blow for you too. Like some others, I continued to receive views on quite a few articles, even if it wasn’t the quota. I’m still worried about the discrepancy between views and favorites. There’s a logic to maintain. I recently subscribed to the « dressing » plan but will downgrade to the lower plan. Everything else suits me very well for now. It’s important to continue to be discreet with Vinted. I wonder if they haven’t been monitoring this. Furthermore, buyers are increasingly difficult and ready to do anything to validly assert, or often unfairly or with ill intent, their « rights. » So for me, staying under the radar is important because this income is essential for me. Perhaps it would be good to add the ability to sum up sales in the tables (by day, by week). Good luck to everyone, let’s show some Darwinism. Things are constantly evolving. HAPPY SALES
