Cc Clement and everyone. I sent the process a few minutes ago but still the same problem for a few days. View ok but nothing changes on Vinted!!
Sent process for views for over 30 minutes!! But still nothing, Iâm not receiving views from clemz.. so very frustrating. 
Indeed, I only sell with the help of views.. so obviously, I have very little visibility, especially at this time when visibility is more needed than ever to sell!

I confirm that despite version 1.22.14, it still doesnât work, 35 views requested on the latest republications this afternoon and I only have the real « views ». Clemz indicates in the counter that they are distributed.

Hello, Iâve never used this feature before, for those who use it, do you see a big increase in sales?
Personally, for 1 week I no longer have any visibility, there is also a problem currently on Vinted, 1 time out of 2 Vinted only works on 5G and does not work on WiFi.
Maybe because of the Vinted bug itâs crashing Clemzâs views?
I find it a shame that so many people are complaining to the point of asking for a refund for this month, given the price of Clemz which is very accessible and very low considering all the features present and the work done by the team to try to solve the problems each time.

Same here, view requests are okay (for the third consecutive day) but I only have the actual user views. I am indeed using the latest version of Clemz.

No changes for the views, but there is a major bug on Vinted right now, and whatâs very surprising is that from my daughterâs account, we added views and favorites to my profile, and they donât appear eitherâŠ
The bugs mentioned on Vinted user forums concern the ability to block a member, transfer money from the wallet, buy, sell, track packages, etc⊠thatâs starting to be a lot!!
Same problem for me, it says the views are added but they are not. This has been going on for several days now, and itâs impacting my sales personally. Itâs a real shame that the resolution is taking so long.

Clément submitted a new version late Friday evening/early Saturday morning, but as you can imagine, like all humans, we also need rest on the weekend 
The priority will be to resolve this bug next week, but we donât have any further information to share at the moment. We understand that itâs important for some users, but weâre also dealing with the unpredictability of Vinted (as youâve surely seen many bugs occur) and the restrictions imposed by the platformâŠ
All other Clemz features are working.
We are truly doing our best

Thank you for these clarifications, but I donât quite understand why all the other Clemz features are working⊠especially since itâs mainly republications followed by view requests that lead to sales!
Even republications alone donât bring in sales, or at least favorites and messages, whereas thatâs usually the case. In my opinion, this is more serious than a bug, and a Vinted algorithm is detecting something coming from Clemzâs features.

Same here, it doesnât work
No response regarding compensation, even at Orange when something doesnât work, you get a pro-rata reduction for the days off, I donât know about Clemz.

3 days ago when there was the views bug, I decided to subscribe to a competitor (CASSOU, not to name them)
I have exactly the same result with the competitor, no views.
For me, the problem does not come from ClemzâŠ
I canât wait for ClĂ©ment to find the solution to our problemâŠ

This is exactly what I observed, the forums of classic Vinted sellers are complaining about significant bugs, therefore I donât see how ClĂ©ment can do anything, we have to wait for Vinted to work correctly again (we donât know how long that will take) hence my question about a commercial gesture from Clemz, especially if it lasts until the end of the month, which is very likelyâŠ
