Has anyone tried again this morning? I confirm, 35 views requested yesterday on 15 republished articles, but nothing 
(only the « real » views)

Favorites are working normally.

Hello everyone,
The problem was identified late last night, and a new version has been available since early this morning, 1.22.13.
You must therefore be on version 1.22.13 on Clemz.

Even with the new version 1.22.13 it still doesn’t work!! I noticed that the view request process doesn’t complete. Around 3/4 of the way (or almost to the end), it displays a pop-up « You already have an ongoing view request » even though the progress bar for the request hasn’t reached the end. This has been happening for 2 days.
What’s strange is that when I go to the clemz app in the activity list, it shows over 1000 views distributed when they haven’t actually been distributed.

It seems to work (when I compare it with my activity on the Clemz module) but very very slowly and I have the impression that favorites no longer work.

So you confirm that you received the requested views via Clemz today? But slowly?
This is quite possible, as long as everyone is using the correct version, the views may take a little longer to arrive.
Unfortunately not entirely, as the activity on Clemz indicates everything was received.

I am attaching screenshots of the activity and what is « really » happening with the republished articles. So no, I did not get the 35 views requested (even though Clemz indicates that I did).

Yes, I find it helps a lot to « launch » certain articles, but it’s not essential from my point of view. We can sell without it too

Good evening everyone,
We are still working on resolving this issue: the new version sent early this morning does not seem to completely resolve it but improves the situation: you are receiving some views.
To give you more context, Vinted has added a lot of ads on the site in general (you certainly haven’t missed them 
) which slows down the loading time of an item and the views, via Clemz, are not being added correctly as a result.

Yes, me too for several days… I haven’t been receiving views from Clemz.. so it’s very frustrating. 
Indeed, I only sell with the help of views.. so obviously, I have very little visibility.

I have attempted modifications to the view exchange by deploying version 1.12.14 since Friday evening.
Is the view exchange working a little better? It is probably slower, but I hope the views are arriving better now…

Third day without views… it’s becoming very annoying.. I’m mainly subscribing for this feature… will Clemz offer us some compensation?
