Observations and feedback on your sales without the ability to add views

So here out of 20 articles, 15 have 8-10 views, 3 have 1-3 views, and the others have 0. Fingers crossed, it’s already a very good start and especially much better than 0

Hello, on my end, sending views is spinning endlessly with a 48-minute delay!

I do have the Placard subscription for €15, so yes, I suppose higher subscriptions will get more views.

In any case, it’s a very good start, we know it’s just a test phase and we’ll have to be patient. Thanks Clément :folded_hands:

It seems to be working…:slightly_smiling_face:

Can you please provide a screenshot?
Have you sent/received any views since then?

Could you detail the results for us please? :slightly_smiling_face:

a few hours later, still the same

Good evening, I was able to launch the view request without any issues. The 10 views per article planned were distributed correctly, however, they were not on the latest articles posted, they were distributed on those posted this morning. That’s all for the feedback, have a good evening and thank you.

Hello Lucile! On my end, it’s working :star_struck: as before, it seems. Except for one article that strangely seems to have slipped through the cracks… out of 20 republications. But I don’t understand why…

EDIT: actually 2 articles out of 20 are not getting views - the others are reaching the expected level.

Good evening,
Are the latest articles posted manually or with Clemz please?

Hello hello!
For me, it only worked partially.
Only on some of my articles:
I republished articles with the clem-z feature and added new articles directly after.
I then made my requests (first favorites, then views)
And the views were applied only to the republished articles, not the new ones, nor the ads that I published or republished in the preceding days which never received any views.
Regarding the number of views for those that did receive them, it seems to have varied between 6 and 10 (the limit of my subscription, apparently)

Good evening,

On my end, it’s working as before. Out of 12 republished articles, only one hasn’t received any views, and another received fewer than usual. That’s 10 out of 12. It’s great!

Thank you so much :folded_hands:

Hello,
Welcome to the forum!

Yes, the distribution rules do not change: articles published/republished with Clemz can benefit from views :slightly_smiling_face:

I admit I didn’t grasp this rule, I’m new and I’m describing what’s happening, it’s the first time I’ve used this feature.
I searched to understand better, but the documentation doesn’t mention this feature yet – or anymore, I suppose.
Is it possible to put it back so it’s clearer?
Because I admit the answer isn’t clear to me, what I understand:
the positive formula seems to confirm that this is the normal operation, yet the explanation that follows does not correspond to my experience

posted manually

Indeed, we removed the documentation for this feature, not knowing what its future would be  We will put it back if the tests are conclusive. :hugs:

I will try to simplify as much as possible to make it clear, but do not hesitate to insist if it is not :slightly_smiling_face:
If you use Clemz to republish an article → It can benefit from views
If you publish for the first time with Clemz → It can also benefit from views
If you publish manually → The article will not be able to benefit from views

So that explains the result. The detailed explanation above also applies in this case :slightly_smiling_face:

After a very long processing, it seems the views are back. 2 or 3 articles are lost but it’s not a big deal. More realistic perhaps. For my part, except for the extreme slowness of sending the views, it’s okay. I am very happy.

I think I understood how it works, thank you!
However, I didn’t know that you could publish for the first time with Clemz!
Could you explain a little what you mean by that?

Thanks again for the quick feedback

small question, when making the request, we get 10 views, before it was around 25, is this to test that 10 views or will it stay like this if it works? and another question, how can we publish for the first time with Clemz? thank you very much

Thank you all for your feedback!

  • If you have a « Drawer » subscription, you should have received between 5 and 10 views/articles on your latest publications/republications made with Clemz
  • If you have a « Closet » subscription, between 10 and 20 views.

Can you confirm this for us?

  • Indeed, some articles are not receiving views or fewer views. Clément is aware of this and will fix this bug.

Feel free to continue your tests in the coming days, and especially to keep us updated on this post!
Based on the feedback we have, the feature may be temporarily paused this weekend :hugs:

@personaewardrobe When it gets stuck, don’t hesitate to reload the page, it should work afterwards.

@marin @violona Instead of clicking « publish » manually, Clemz can do it for you, like a republication.
Regarding publications, the process is the same as for a republication (select your draft articles from your to-do list and then use the same option as for republication to publish the articles.)
I talk about it a bit in this video :right_arrow: https://youtu.be/hVcuPAfVlII (some things have changed a bit on Clemz but it explains the principle and why it’s interesting.) We also detail it in the documentation :right_arrow: ♻️ Republier des articles - Clemz

For now, it will stay like this while we see if we can balance the sending of views and the requests.
