Observations and feedback on your sales without the ability to add views

This is the case on my end, and I still have part of my freelance activity that I’ve kept (fortunately), and I work in the large shopping area of my town, so I can see that yes, things are going badly (closures, not very full parking lots even on Saturdays, feedback from people I’ve known for 15 years in this area, etc…). Besides, I see that the toy aisles in supermarkets have greatly shrunk in a few years, going from 4/5 aisles to 2 in the largest hypermarket, for example. Not to mention the 50% off offers that started appearing as early as All Saints’ Day.

But overall, I still have a drop in sales between December 15th and 20th (which is quite logical).

I had trouble finding this conversation again! Not nice.

just to throw us off! I want to say that since December 9th I haven’t sold anything.
Re-publishing doesn’t help me apparently, so it’s obvious that by selling nothing I will no longer be able to afford a service that doesn’t even refund my subscription.

No impact on my activity.

Then you have to see this application as a supplement that is useful and saves time, but personally, it has never radically transformed my business. In any case, I don’t rely on it. On the other hand, between automatic republications and invoices, that’s hours saved per week, so time to manage other things, for example, to stock up (so indirectly more sales).

Do you know of any other extensions besides Vintex, which is really not great at all? It sends a message to favorites once out of 10, otherwise everything else fails, and I’m not even talking about views and favorites that don’t work either. Cassou isn’t even talking about it either, it’s absolutely not great. I’m interested if you know of other extensions

I haven’t had any sales since abandoning the feature.

I am a non-professional seller with a small closet. I believe this plays a role.

While waiting for new features to boost sales, I’m keeping Clemz for its re-listing feature.

You need to add favorites right away to help

Exactly the same, no more sales

I’m in the inverse experience. Not only are sales continuing, but they are at a good level on some days.

I’m not in a rush, but sales haven’t collapsed despite Christmas passing.

Hi there

So it’s immediately obvious… I’m not selling anymore. Or 1 item per week max. Favorites alone aren’t helping. It’s a disaster..

Unfortunately, it’s a bit of a disaster since the views are gone, favorites don’t really help :frowning:

The fall is brutal, indeed.

Here is my own graph:

Hello everyone!
Best wishes for this year.
So, Clemz is keeping quiet about the views!
No changes either in functionality or to lower the subscription price!

Good evening Oksana,
Best wishes to you too.
For the moment, we indeed have no news on this subject. But… it’s only January 12th :hugs: We’ll give ourselves until the end of the month to observe Vinted’s changes and the solutions available to us on this matter.

Other new features have arrived on the Sales module, have you seen them?

Thank you for your patience :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello, yes! It was curtly replied that the question should no longer be asked. I am testing other tools. I will see if there is better, or worse. I will decide accordingly.

Curiously, I have no complaints following the discontinuation of this feature. Sales over the last 4 weeks have been very high, which explains this. Also, seeing the « real » views again, and therefore which listings attract attention, is not unhelpful.

I would conclude from this that the number of views is a minor parameter in the Vinted algorithm, at least as of December 2025.
