Pending amount but no transaction

Hello, I had an old transaction of €4.50 that was never finalized because the person never picked up the package. Since I want to go professional, I have already created my micro-business. All my transactions need to be finalized, so I asked Vinted to close this dispute manually, which was done. The €4.50 was available and I transferred it to my bank account in early August. But the problem is that it still appears in the pending amount, even though I no longer have any ongoing transactions or disputes, and this is blocking me from going professional on Vinted. For 15 days, the platform has been leading me in circles, and despite my numerous emails, they haven’t given me any concrete answers. I’m afraid I’ll never be able to switch my account to professional… Has this happened to anyone before?
