Automatic messages - "you seem disconnected"

Good evening,

I’m having an issue with sending automatic messages. Since today, I’ve been seeing this message displayed on the extension. This prevents messages from being sent. My connection is perfectly fine; I’m using a wired connection. I’ve deleted cookies, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, but nothing has worked. This message keeps reappearing systematically. I’ve also logged out and back into Vinted and the extension.

Hello, same here.

I noticed that the page that opens with the robot and ends in ?AAMM closes after the error « You seem to be disconnected from your Vinted account… » whereas before the page closed and displayed « X messages sent ».

If I open the page https://www.winted.fr?AAMM myself, it restarts the messages to favorites.

I also have this message for 2 days, however I have the impression that it does not impact the sending of messages..

There is a message from Clement when we relaunch sending messages to favorites to report the problem, he mentions that he will look into resolving the problem on Monday.

Regarding sending messages, for my part, it sometimes blocks message sending for more than an hour, but it does eventually resend the message.

Hello, I cleared the navigation data, then logged out and logged back in, and it works.

Exactly: the issue is identified and I’m fixing it Monday!

This should not block message sending. It might delay it, however.
Sorry about that.

Please prioritize emails for reporting bugs: we are more responsive on email than on the forum! :slight_smile:
