Vinted Chronicles: When Questions Fly

absolutely nothing to do with the figurines. clothing is very complex and subtle.

I’ve been selling online for 20 years. The annoying people, the insults, the lies, the guilt-tripping words, the people who operate in the black market like pros – there have always been them, and there always will be.
Reporting or denouncing them changes nothing. On another site, you can make a list of blocked people by adding their username. I had 700 in 2-3 years. So I stopped; spending time on that is absolutely useless.
With experience, you spot them immediately, so it’s best not to respond.
Generally speaking, things go well.

Nothing is and never will be perfect, especially not our species.

I’ve had a few cases where people offered me more than the asking price, and bought :grinning:

It’s been a while since I’ve even replied, anyway it never ends in a sale and the rare times it does, there’s a problem behind it.

So true - really outrageous!
Unbelievable - I even had one haggling over €1.50 - she wanted 50 cents less out of principle, I refused, it was so indecent - it’s the only item I have - I don’t even remember which one I listed for €1.50

Ahahahah ; I have it!!! I have it! So Bozo the Clown sends me an offer for 12 euros for a new cardigan that normally costs 35 (which is already very, very low). Anyway, I don’t reply. Then I refuse the offer. He sends it again just in case, who knows. I send a little joke, not mean, like Ā« Should I include chocolates too? Ā» and then a floodgate opens, Bozo lets loose, so I’ll do Ā« the viking Ā» (I learn new things every day: doing the viking ).

Hello, the messages we receive are incredible , here is the response from a Vinted user following a message from me and an offer:
Ā« Thank you! I look at my favorites every day and select what continues to Ā« fascinate Ā» me. It works well for me  So I’ll let it sink in for a while :) Ā»
In the meantime, the item has been sold, the constellations were probably not favorable

Ahahahah, I was going to comment and then.. nooo, it’s way too early :face_with_tears_of_joy:

Hello
I don’t want to be a spoilsport and I don’t know what Lucile or Clement think about it, but you shouldn’t mention nicknames and even less surnames, whatever the anecdote, it could even be held against you, you don’t have the right to mention someone in a defamatory way without their consent  that said, yes, it’s quite comical and significant of… this era. Quite sad actually

Uh… first, let’s calm down and come back down.
2: I’m not stupid, you cited his name AND even his address and postal code!!! Learn to reread yourselves and stop with your 10 A4 pages of justification, yes, it’s defamatory to talk about someone by citing their name and address! Period, end of line, let’s move on Karen!

Please… Less aggression…:folded_hands:t2:

I’d love to know what I did to deserve some
