Cannot upload photos when creating listings on Vinted

Hello everyone,

Since this morning, it’s been impossible to add photos when creating a listing, whether on PC or phone.
It worked again for about an hour, and now it’s impossible again to upload photos when creating a listing.

So it’s clearly a problem coming from Vinted.

Does anyone have any information? Is this happening to you too?

Nothing. Just the photos not loading, but it’s okay again now so I don’t really understand.

Hello, earlier I tried to re-publish some listings but I couldn’t. Clemz couldn’t get the photos. There was a bug on Vinted that didn’t last long.

If this happens to you during a republication and your articles are saved, you can re-upload your photos using bulk editing :right_arrow: ✍️ Modifier en masse - Clemz

Vinted regularly experiences crashes on their photo server.
No wonder, considering they have to manage thousands every hour…

Usually, they fix it within a few hours.

Hello, yes, I can no longer add photos to my listings (I tried in draft and direct publication on both my accounts) Vinted deletes them instantly.

Are you having the same problem?

I have understood where the problem was coming from. Since Monday, I haven’t been able to add photos to drafts, Vinted deleted them instantly or only kept one photo. And in fact, I was logged in with the same account on several devices (I have two Vinted accounts and two phones but I use the most recent phone to take my photos and publish and a tablet that I only use for Clemz).
Since one of my accounts was blocked until Sunday by Vinted due to the anti-duplicate campaign and I tried precisely during that period to re-publish listings from my account A to my account B, I thought it was due to this blocking by Vinted but I finally found out why.
Would it be useful to share it with other users who are experiencing the same problem?
