My Vinted account has been restricted for 7 days for commercial sales following a report, just one report and they jump on it… nice mentality, snitching! Anyway
They’re asking me to go pro, I was pro for years on Vinted and I was never bothered, and yet I had many listings of different sizes, etc…
Since January, their poorly made bots have been causing chaos, so they restrict an account for 3 fanny packs in the closet, in the middle of a hundred other different items.
My question is, to what extent can one sell identical items when one is pro? Because if I put online 3 fanny packs, all different of course, or 10 t-shirts for €5, also different, at what point do you slip through and they don’t consider it commercial sales…
No, because they contradict themselves so much, we must go pro if we make a profit, which is completely normal, but on the other hand we cannot make commercial sales. Clearly I don’t understand their way of thinking and even less their way of coding their bots so that one closet gets banned but not another, even though I see closets full of over 3000 items with 2500 ratings and they are not pro!
If anyone has an answer to enlighten me, I’m all ears.
