I am a big fan of this new feature that greatly simplifies my life and also removes ads on Mondial Relay slips (when printing thermally).
However, I have a Bpost (Chronopost) shipment. Clemz counts it correctly in the shipments, but the print area is empty for thermal printing, not for the other. I wanted to know if I am the only one or if it’s a small bug?
In any case, thank you very much for this new module, I love it!
Thank you for this feedback
It is possible that this is a bug. When Clemz detects a new slip, Clément must first look at how to configure it.
Could you please send us an email at customer support with a screenshot? Bonjour@clemz.app
Hello Caroline,
Clément looked at it yesterday and indeed there was a bug. It’s fixed, thank you!
Please consider sending us emails in such cases, as it’s simpler if we need to ask you for more information later.
I also have a question: when you print using the thermal printer, is the label the correct size? Is any information cut off? Not even the recipient’s first and last name?
Hello,
Regarding printing, I print via a normal printer. Because I find that one print per page is a real waste (as proposed when you don’t check the thermal box).
So I create the thermal printer PDF + sale name (which could, in the case of a lot, be the person’s identifier). Then I do an extra step, I reprint the PDF with the settings 2 pages per sheet and fit to page. Then I send it to myself because I can only print from my phone.
This way, I no longer have the ads or all the text imposed by MR.
I just skip the digital Vinded go slips because they look better when opened via the site (and they also have the buyer’s name), it takes less than half a page.
I hope my explanations are clear, it’s not easy to explain
