I can’t take any more of these blockages. I had a personal account, they blocked me twice for suspected commercial sales, so I had to switch to a professional account.
Result after 4 months: blocked again for 5 days for violating catalog rules. I don’t even know the reason. The only thing I can think of is publishing too many new items. But it’s not even clear what « too many » means exactly?! Result: no sales for the next 5 days, this is nonsense, a whole business on hold. In short, does anyone have an idea how I can resolve this situation? The last time I opened a claim, they blocked me twice as long, so I’m a bit reluctant.
