I’m having trouble with reposts because of the size field that needs to be filled in.
Obviously, the field is already filled in by default. After publishing 2 new ads, I noticed the size tab had been modified to, once again, complicate things… Vinted offers S/M/L EU/US/FR etc.
Are you experiencing this issue? Do you have the size tab with multiple choices?

Yes, Vinted recently changed the Sizes field.
When re-publishing, I would advise you to re-publish in « Draft » and check the « Size » field of your listings.
In a way, this will allow you to update your listings.

Meaning what? Take it off the Vinted catalogue?
For toys, you have to enter sizes that correspond to the clothing sizes. It would be more logical to be able to indicate the recommended ages on the boxes. Especially since, as far as I know, they don’t make toys for premature babies yet (for example).

Hello Lucie and @Clement, I agree with the other comments… it’s very, very blocking. A workaround needs to be found for automatic republication. If we have to go through each listing manually again, it’s no longer really automatic… That’s what I’m doing this morning (draft + manual), but I hope you will find a solution quickly. We will discuss this with Clément to see what can be done. Here are the key points to keep in mind for now:
Vinted regularly changes the size hierarchy in the catalog.
In cases like this, Clemz is blocked during republication:
Your item does benefit from new visibility in this case (as Clemz created a new listing and did 99% of the work)
I don’t have this issue, even though I do 100 republications a day. What types of articles are concerned?
This mainly concerns men’s/women’s clothing that has intermediate sizes like S/M or L/XL. (from what I could see)
Vinted has removed these types of sizes. You now have to choose between S or M (for example), and direct reposting doesn’t detect the corresponding size.
So, you have to go through the « Draft » method for reposting and then choose the correct size.
This only affects direct reposts, as all old listings are well-referenced and remain available for sale. (I’ve experienced this)
I don’t think it’s necessary to modify ALL listings for now.
Only those you wish to repost.
Now, it’s certain that if users repost 800 listings per day, it will be a lot of work.
For 10, 20, or 30 listings, it doesn’t take much time… and I think it allows for updating a few small points in the description or possibly changing the photos.
No need to panic… @Clement will certainly change the size « field » (again) so that direct reposting can be used again.
It’s only a matter of hours or days…
Last year they did something about toy colors, 1200 listings to correct. Annoying, but if it has to be done, it has to be done.

the republished ads concerned remain in draft, no choice but to update them to make them active..
Normally, it’s considered a new listing, so it needs to be included with the new fields.
