From January to April, I made personal sales (around €500). I just opened a micro-enterprise. Can I continue on this account, or do I need to switch to Vinted Pro? How will I be able to differentiate these two periods on my taxes if I start buying and selling and remain on this account?

Yes, but I don’t have two numbers, and I want to make few sales/revenue, so I would have liked to stay on this account, especially since pro accounts have less visibility. But Vinted will transmit the global annual figure to the tax authorities, so there will be a discrepancy between my revenue in the micro-enterprise and my personal sales from the beginning of the year if I stay.
Just to clarify things, if you sell because you are a professional, legally you must also register as a professional on Vinted, otherwise it is concealed professional sales because you do not provide the legal return period, etc…
