can we create with clemz drafts, essentially duplicates but categorized as drafts of an ad that is online? This is because the ad is often deleted since the item in question is not categorized.
Also, is there another solution to easily republish an item that Vinted constantly deletes 1 hour and 30 minutes after publication?

Yes, you can by diverting the use of the backup:
1- You save your item « for sale » or as a draft the first time
2- Each time you need to retrieve this item and put it back as a draft, you import it. You have the tutorial here

Regarding your item… if the category is not there or the item is forbidden… even by publishing/republishing it with Clemz, you will have deletions
