When I read about these sellers mentioned above who have 23,000 or 28,000 listings, accumulated over 15 years, I donât see them making the effort to switch anywhere else in the absence of a simple and quick way to do so.
You have to put yourself in their shoes. Adding listings little by little over time is one thing, it happens, but finding yourself at the foot of the mountain and seeing the sheer volume of what needs to be processed is discouraging. How many will be able to say, « Alright, Iâm going for it, Iâll be done in 10 years »?
