My Vinted account was recently banned « due to fraudulent activity, such as selling counterfeit items. »
I saw in several testimonials that normally the item(s) in question would be indicated in case of selling counterfeit goods, but here there is no indication. I have taken the necessary steps with Vinted, but without knowing the cause, it is difficult to show proof.
I don’t know if this case is known and if the cause is common.
Another question, in the event that my account cannot be recovered, I have seen that it is not easy to create a new one and that you need to change your phone, IBAN, etc. However, my partner has an old Vinted account, and I wanted to know if connecting and using this account on my phone / browser where my banned account was located could also lead to this account being banned?
Of course, regarding photos, I shouldn’t use the same ones, but I don’t know if Vinted detects this practice.
