Following some issues, I had to delete my Vinted account and create a new one. The only downside: my IBAN is no longer accepted. I was able to read in another thread that Vinted keeps it in memory, but how can I contact them so they can delete it so I can enter it on the new account?

Account deletion does not mean automatic deletion of personal information on Vinted.
All information is kept, including the IBAN number
So, new account = new IBAN as well!

Do one on Revolut or Sumeria 
Get a new device like a new phone or factory reset an old phone, + new number (Free offers an eSIM for €2) and that’s it.
And be careful when creating the account, I advise you to use 4G or a mobile hotspot
Because they manage to detect when the account was created on the same WiFi as your other accounts, so to create it you need to be on 4G or mobile hotspot, and after that you can go back to your WiFi
But you absolutely need a new device (for the IP), a new number, a new IBAN
I had read that a household could have multiple Vinted accounts (multiple members, necessarily) and that apparently for IP addresses, it’s mostly each person’s own version… I thought a friend could create an account on their end and give me access to their account via my devices and IP address… I don’t know how to do it!
