Since the Vinted update, I can’t find anything in the app. I don’t understand where to find my wallet, nor where to find my sales and purchases, nor even where to ask for help. Have all these options simply disappeared from the app or is it me who couldn’t find them?

For my part, I haven’t had an update, unless it was done automatically, and I don’t have any problems, it’s as usual, I go to my profile (the character’s avatar at the bottom), and I find everything correctly.

And if you have problems, maybe clear the cache, uninstall/reinstall the app

Good evening, I haven’t had this problem either. On the other hand, for a week I had saved searches that were in a « Saved » category, but it disappeared and returned as before, mixed with recent searches.
Well, I tried the uninstall/reinstall technique, but it didn’t change anything…
I’ll show you my problem in pictures.
The first image is my homepage, at the bottom we only have 5 categories left:
- Home
- Search
- Sell
- Messages
- Profile
Before, I think it was in « Profile » where I found the wallet and my sales and purchases.
The second image corresponds to what I have when I click on « Profile », which is:
- Wardrobe
- Reviews
- About
And that’s all.
I don’t have a gear icon anywhere.
It’s super annoying, and I don’t know what to do since I don’t have access to help anywhere or any way to contact Vinted.

and what menu do the 3 little dots in the top right corner lead to? (next to the profile picture of the dressing room).
I just tried the cache clearing technique, well, now everything is in English and of course, since I don’t have access to the settings, there’s no way to change the language…
and by clicking on the profile picture?

Yes, simply tap on the photo to access the menu

Good evening, I am experiencing the same problem as you, and even by clicking on the profile picture, nothing changes. I can no longer find « my wallet » and « my sales and purchases ». If anyone can help me, I thank them in advance.
