I learned last Friday that KiwiBrowser is no longer available on the Play Store: it was an open-source project and the team maintaining it decided to stop working on it.
Consequences:
If you already have KiwiBrowser on your Android, it will likely remain installed but will no longer be updated. The day a bug blocks it (during an Android update, for example?), it could become unusable.
If you don’t have KiwiBrowser, we suggest switching to the Yandex browser, downloadable here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yandex.browser. It’s a fairly popular and therefore relatively reliable browser. Initial tests suggest it works very well with Clemz.
Our advice:
Keep KiwiBrowser for now (don’t change a winning team )
Consider testing Yandex as soon as possible so you won’t be caught off guard when KiwiBrowser stops working!
Unfortunately no… Apple continues to block Chrome extensions.
We had tested the Orion browser which promised the functionality of certain extensions but Clemz seems to work partially on it
It’s funny, but what’s the problem with Google Chrome? I also use Kiwi on Android, but on PC I use Brave and Chrome so that ads and messages run at the same time (is that the reason?)
Yes, Chrome on Apple mobile or on Android does not offer extension management.
On Android, Yandex is recommended. On iOS, there was no solution, but apparently Orion works partially!
Unless I’m mistaken, Brave does not manage extensions either in its mobile version.
Hello yes kiwibrowser no longer works for me. I downloaded yandex but when I go on vinted it’s impossible to display clemz at the bottom left like before. Impossible to link clemz to vinted on yandex can someone help me please?
