The answer was indeed answer D: all 3 actions increase visibility!
The description changes the ad’s referencing, and the activation of bundles is highlighted by Vinted in various places to encourage more purchases. 
And obviously, changing prices encourages higher placement in search results (« increasing prices ») (I feel like Pere Fouras explaining a riddle this morning 
).

VGC: used, washed, possibly with very minor signs of wear.
New with tags: never worn, never washed, with its tags or in its original sealed packaging.
Very good condition: used clothing, worn and washed but in very good condition with possibly a small defect but very minimal and reported. (personally, at the slightest defect I switch to good condition)
