Hello,
Many of us sort our wardrobes by #: gender, size, segment…etc.
Have you also noticed that these sorts no longer work for your customers? They work for you, on your profile. But they don’t seem to work correctly on external profiles. Your search indicates « no results ».
Are you having the same problem? And above all, do you have any solutions?
Thank you very much for your help,
Have a great day,
Audrey
I just tested it, it works well on my end
Thank you very much for your feedback. Could I ask for your advice? I’ve been looking for my potential mistake since yesterday but I don’t understand why my # are no longer working.
you copied and pasted, if you use the app, normally it’s like twitter you just put #thebeginning and then it gives you the rest of the hashtags you created
Give us your Vinted username so we can take a look
Hello Audrey,
Have you checked that you haven’t activated any additional filters (size or status, for example)? The # also work on my end.

Thank you very much
Thank you very much for your response. I have indeed deactivated the filters. I notice that my filters do not work for PERSONAL accounts, but they do work for PROFESSIONAL accounts. I also tested this on other accounts. Via my PROFESSIONAL account, their # works. Via my PERSONAL account, their # does not work. I therefore have the impression that I am not the only one affected by this malfunction.
Hello, this is indeed a copy-paste, and these links worked fine before. They are also correctly identified as links by Vinted. What I just noticed is that these links seem to work from PRO accounts, but not from PERSONAL accounts.
Hello,
I recently switched to Vinted Pro and customers can no longer see items when they click on the # hashtags.
Have you encountered this issue before, is it forbidden for a pro account?
I specify that no filters are activated.
Thank you very much ![]()
Indeed, I just tested it from my husband’s profile. When I go to the links for my professional account, none of my items appear! There are items from other sellers, but they don’t even correspond to the right size.
However, when I check on my own account, it works.
This is very, very annoying, because with my closet of 3000 items, without the links, it’s almost impossible to find what you’re looking for.
Until now, it worked very well.
Correction: even when clicking on my links from my professional account, articles that are not mine are mixed in with mine.
Hello,
I can see the problem you’re talking about very clearly, as I’ve encountered it before. This problem disappeared as quickly as it appeared. I therefore think it’s a bug related to Vinted updates, but that’s only a hypothesis.
I’ve just run the tests on my end. I can confirm that the problem has returned to my account as well: the # hashtags work on my professional account, but no longer work from my clients’ personal accounts.
Very annoying… a little patience and hope that everything will return to normal quickly.
Good luck!
And from your pro account, aren’t there also some items that don’t belong to you floating around in your link, like for me?
I’ve just done several tests and I don’t have this problem (sorry). Did you check in announcements that aren’t yours to see if the person was using your custom #s?
but in most of these ads there isn’t even a link. And the size doesn’t even always match the size of my link
I just tested with my Pro and my character and both work
Have you checked on listings that are not yours to ensure the same tag isn’t present?
I ask because I had a genius who enjoyed copy-pasting my descriptions and didn’t remove the tags. I asked her to remove them, and she blocked me directly without responding. And besides, putting tags on 15 items, I don’t really see the point.
Yes, yes, I checked but no. It’s not the biggest problem. When an account outside of mine clicks on one of my links, it’s not my articles that come out but lots of articles of different sizes and models.
What is your account that we are watching?
