Since the beginning of the afternoon, notifications for new announcements are no longer appearing

Thank you for this alert! Can you clarify? Are these favorite notifications? Other notifications?

These are notifications for items put up for sale. As a result, we can’t see what others in the group or followers are putting up for sale. Except when Vinted publishes it, and they had a lot of delays because yesterday morning the news feed was blocked with ads dating back several hours; Last night the news feed seemed normal, however, still no notifications for items sold by other people. Hence a greatly diminished visibility.

From my side, no issues: I do get notifications for sold items when they are in my favorites, and I also get notifications for items added by people I follow.

I have the same problem when I repost an ad, my followers do not receive the notification.
I don’t know if it’s only with reposts, I haven’t tried with a new ad directly on Vinted yet.

In our group, no one receives notifications for articles that go online, whether they are republications or new articles.

Hello, on my end it’s the same, I no longer receive notifications for new announcements.

I don’t know if it’s related to the same bug? In the messaging system, there is a variation; there are no longer any notifications or numbers to alert us that we have a message, even though there are new messages, or it doesn’t indicate the correct number of new messages received.

It’s the same for me, since last Tuesday, the day I put about fifteen new articles online, very very very few views, so no favorites or very few.
I have about 2600 subscribers and when I have articles that get 3 views, it’s mathematically abnormal.
My subscribers no longer receive notifications of my newly posted articles.
I am a professional account and this is going to become catastrophic if the problem is not resolved.
And of course, I sent an email to Vinted yesterday, and zero response…:pensive_face:

Yes, there is clearly a problem with views. I sell toys, so right now it should be exploding, at least in terms of views, but I’m getting almost none.
