Good evening, same here! ![]()
Thank you all for your patience.
We have investigated and there appears to be a significant bug on Vinted’s side that only affects views coming from the Web version. (That is, via your browser. Views via the Vinted mobile app are working)
You can contact Vinted and express your surprise at not having any views despite recently posted items. This will alert them to the issue so the bug can be resolved quickly… ![]()
Indeed, we are talking about requests made via Clemz, and of course we will make them on the Web version because this extension does not work on the mobile application.
I only use the app to log in to Vinted, I’ve never been to the website. For 4 days now, the line on the Vinted app showing the number of views on items has completely disappeared, which was also very useful for knowing if other members had seen a recently published listing by a seller and for anticipating a potential double purchase if we were lucky enough to acquire the item first ![]()
There are no longer views on Vinted listings, only the line for interested members, which is what I’ve been saying for 3 days…
Here is an announcement that has been lingering for 4 weeks with over 60 favorites and 12 interested members.
The view count line is no longer there like before (it was there 4 days ago), and this is the same for ALL Vinted listings. I can confirm that this is indeed on the Vinted app; I never use the website. This is on my buyer account.
However, on my seller account, I do see the number of views appearing, but not Clemz’s views, and this is also on the Vinted app.
And strangely, Clemz’s views haven’t been working for 4 days, ever since the view count line disappeared from the listings on my buyer account.
This is why I think it’s all connected.
Cc. This line of views is no longer with me and others for 1 month… and I still had views from clemz and buyers.
So for me, no connection..
Alas, it’s a more serious problem..
Vinted wants to stop us eventually.. maybe it detects clemz etc. ![]()
If Vinted no longer allows sellers to see the number of views on their own items but hides them from buyers, the views added by Clemz will ultimately be of little use, other than to block their phone for 20 minutes for nothing when sending views. Clemz could then remove this step, because ultimately the most important thing is favorites, not the number of views (even if it could indeed indicate to potential buyers that an item was very popular).
Vinted will lose sales in my opinion with this decision, and when they realize the loss of earnings, they will backtrack as usual, and display the views for everyone again.
it serves to make Vinted’s algorithm put the ad at the top of searches (the main interest, moreover)
The view sharing bug appeared 3 days ago. Since then, I’ve gone from 10+ to 2 sales per day. In my opinion, this is Clemz’s most impactful feature. Vinted’s algorithm highlights items that generate interest. User interaction with your listing is a direct indicator of the interest it generates. No interaction, no highlighting.
The numbers displayed to users are of little interest, but their effect on the algorithm is paramount.
My sales volume has been abnormally low for 2 days (-70%). Are you also experiencing this? I hope this can be fixed quickly, I didn’t realize views were so important…
Hello everyone.
It seems there has been a misunderstanding, so I’ll take the liberty of clarifying a few things:
- If you open another person’s item via your browser (on a computer or via the browser on your phone), Vinted does not count this view.
- If manually, this action does not work, Clemz will not be able to add views either.
- When you contact Vinted to express your surprise about the number displayed by the view counter, you can say that you tested it with a friend and when she looks at your item, you don’t get any additional views, which is strange…
I don’t have this information and it’s been longer than 3 days…
That’s unrelated. As I explained above, it’s a Vinted bug that penalizes Clemz’s functionality. Manually, it doesn’t work either.
It’s been several weeks/months that buyers haven’t seen the number of views on my items. On the other hand, as other members rightly point out, this impacts Vinted’s algorithm.
We agree. Have you contacted Vinted support to express your surprise at the number of views you’ve observed in recent days?
Have you contacted Vinted?
Hello. First of all, thank you for all your comments! Today I can’t even put views on my articles, the function is blocked § I don’t think I’m the only one because 1 sale in 4 days !!! This has never happened to me since I’ve been using the app! So my question is: isn’t this bug more important, affecting my sales and views as well as those in the same situation??
My dressing room is permanently on display, so it doesn’t really affect me much.
Hello. Is your give and receive views function also blocked? Thank you.
I understand this is a big problem for some, but ultimately very little for me, fortunately, since my dressing room is permanently on display and always appears at the top of searches for items similar to mine, and in this specific case, only favorites and interested members are important.
So, if the problem persists, which unfortunately seems to be the case, is it possible to simply request favorites without requesting or sending views on Clemz, or is it mandatory?
This would allow me not to block my phone for 20 minutes every evening…
Thanks in advance for the answer Lucile and good luck to all those affected by this Vinted « bug » ![]()

Hello,
Yes, we have blocked it because, as indicated by the alert with the current Vinted bug, it is useless. You will not get any additional views.
Yes, that is entirely possible, the 2 features are not linked.
Good evening everyone
We just did another test, the bug is still ongoing unfortunately. Vinted has not fixed it yet.
Feel free to contact Vinted support to let them know. ![]()
Yes, indeed, requesting favorites alone works without having to request views after a republication, thank you very much for your promptness Lucile ![]()
If I had known, I would have skipped this step long ago ![]()
Good evening
