Has anyone ever experienced Vinted losing their funds?
It’s a real deaf dialogue with their chat, which is incredibly disingenuous!
On March 27th, as usual, I initiated a transfer from my Vinted wallet to my bank account (online bank). The transfer was supposed to arrive by April 3rd at the latest… it’s the 8th and still nothing! For 3 days now, I’ve been getting frustrated on their online chat! I provided them with my bank statement and an email from my bank that clearly shows all the details to justify that I haven’t received the funds, and the Vinted chat refuses to investigate further because they demand a signed letter from my bank to confirm that I haven’t received the transfer! Which my bank, being an online bank, cannot provide…
It’s depressing me because it’s €360, and I don’t dare to make any further transfers for the moment… I’ve demanded that my case be escalated to a supervisor… I’m waiting for their response…
