Identity Verification

Hello, I have just switched to a professional account at Vinted’s request (after several blockages!!); and I am on my umpteenth verification request which is not succeeding. I am providing the front and back of my national ID card, which is in the new format, I am adding my KBIS and INSEE registration; but nothing works!! I don’t know what else to do, and my sales continue, and my wallet is not being unlocked because of this request;

Could you please explain if I have missed a step or how to contact someone to regularize this situation? Thank you.
