Incorrect price for a lot

Hello!

A potential buyer has offered to purchase a bundle of six items from me. They’ve proposed a price with a discount. So far, their approach is understandable.

What’s less understandable is that the total displayed, without considering their discount request, is already lower than the sum of the six items in question.

To summarize, if I add up my six items, the total should be 160 euros, but Vinted is showing me a total of 130. And on this latter amount, they are offering me 100, thinking they are saving 30 euros when they would actually be saving 60…

Do you know why Vinted is displaying an incorrect total? I can propose a new sum to my buyer. But I would primarily like the correct sum to be displayed when bundles are created.

You need to go to your profile, then discounts on batches. They must be activated. It’s up to you to set them to your liking.

To understand why the price is wrong, you should indeed check your « lot reductions » in your profile… and if necessary, check your listings… to offer another price, simply refuse the offer and make one yourself…

However, the buyer might be a little upset to see a higher offer. It’s up to you to find the right words to explain the problem to him.
