Can I send a Discount in a 2nd message via Clemz?

Hello everyone,

A recent member of Clemz, I manage a small non-professional « dressing room » (closet) to supplement my income.

I would please need your expertise and experience in using Clemz:

  • I would like to offer a price reduction to my « favorites » (users who have favorited my items), but I would like it not to happen on the first contact.

Upon receiving a « favorite », I would first like to limit myself to a contact sentence offering my help and my ability to ship the package quickly.

And then, a few hours or a day later, follow up with this « favorite » if the purchase hasn’t been made, offering them a discount on the initial price.

Is it possible to do this automatically with Clemz, please?

Hello,

No, favorite reminders are not available at the moment. With Clemz, you can do it manually in the meantime by checking the « conversations » feature in the Dashboard. You choose the username(s) concerned and use the « Copy/paste » feature to remind them manually.

Indeed, I am not looking for a real « re-launch » on a favorite, but rather the ability to « de-correlate » the discount on the price of the first response from the favorite.

So I will continue to do it manually. I just wanted to be sure there wasn’t a roundabout way to automate this action.
