Hello everyone,

I’ve read several posts but can’t find any answers… I’m desperate…

I’m desperately trying to switch my account to PRO after receiving a first warning from Vinted.

Despite multiple attempts, I can’t get it to work. The company name (business name) is not recognized, even though everything is entered as on the INSEE website and my business registration is public.

On Vinted’s side, I’m not making any progress; they are of no help.

Has anyone solved this problem?

Hello,

I encountered the same problem during my registration.

I had tried many possibilities (with/without capital letters, all in uppercase, all in lowercase, first name first/last name first, etc.).

It eventually worked.

I believe it needs to be written in exactly the same way as your INPI declaration (to be verified).

Yes, I confirm. I had the same problem when I created my pro account. It must be written exactly the same as on the INPI registration document for the company identity.
