Message to favorites - Error, very few messages are being sent

Hello everyone,

For several days now, I’ve been encountering a problem with sending messages to favorites.

When I start the process, the first batch of 15 works. But as soon as the throttle kicks in, the next cycles send nothing. I have to restart a full process from scratch to get messages to go out again.

I let the option run all day. This week, over 150 favorites received. However, my weekly summary indicates I only sent 18 messages.

(I don’t use either view exchanges or favorite exchanges; my storefront summary for this week is 100% organic)

Am I the only one in this situation? Is this a known bug currently being resolved? @Lucile @Clement
