The Clemz.app backup: how does it work?

I have a question about syncing: there are 2 types: sales, which updates statuses, and « new listings » or when you decide to re-save.

We are in case #2 here:

If I add a photo on Vinted, do I need to resync the listing for it to appear with the new photos in the Clems database?

But when I have only modified the title or the description, do I also have to do it for the listing to be up to date in the Clems database?

Thank you

Actually @141, these are not the same features since there are:

  • synchronization of sales
  • synchronization of Listings (your dressing room).

So, if you have modified a listing (title or description or added a photo)
You need to synchronize your catalog with the Smart Dressing

The same applies if you have added items.

Finally, in my opinion

yes, but:

with method 2, I create drafts, they are incomplete. I save the objects not yet saved. the save keeps an incomplete listing.

Then, I modify the draft and launch the listing. what I notice is that the modified listing appears as modified in the save without having re-saved it.

I don’t know if I’m clear?

Is it the smartdressing that allows this?

What’s important to me is to have the same listings on Vinted as in the online items section on clemz (database)

Hello!
I’ve created a new topic so we can find each other more easily because it doesn’t work the same way.
If you wish to save your listings, and you’ve only modified the title or description, you can ask Clemz to make a new backup (while keeping the photos already in the backup) or wait for the next re-upload. Clemz will take over and save the information at that time to update the backup.

As a precaution (you never know what Vinted might do in the meantime), I personally prefer to save when the modifications are quite significant.
