Cannot select item state (greyed out)

Hello everyone,

I have a question for you, if you have already encountered this problem…

I want to list an item (disposable batteries in their packaging) and I cannot choose the condition of the item because it is greyed out. I click on it anyway, and it displays « No results, No items match your search. Try another keyword. »

However, I upload several photos and all the other information. Several attempts in vain.

And very curiously, I can list other items without any problems.

Have you ever seen this phenomenon?

Yes, déjà vu for some items, in categories where it is not necessary to indicate the condition.

Check the category you have chosen for the batteries.
When it is grayed out, it means the field is not available in that category.
Therefore, it is not necessary to fill it in (plus, you can’t :wink: )
For batteries, they must be new, so the condition is necessarily « new ».
This is why you do not have the « Condition » field.

Vinted does not accept used batteries to be listed (which is normal in itself)
