A stab in the dark…. I think given Vinted’s very large turnover, the complaints are likely to be dismissed :thinking:

this is the Directorate General for Competition, Consumption and Fraud Repression. On the website you can make a complaint. If the company is based in Lithuania, it doesn’t work. Good luck

Lucile, this information I found is listed on sites like the business directory (government site) at this address, you can find a Vinted branch with the name of the director, Thomas Plantaga, of Dutch origin.

No, I don’t think everything is going into the same box, but I was unblocked last time.

This time, I’m still waiting, my account has been blocked since yesterday afternoon…

They take a very long time to respond, especially when it’s a second block. When was your previous block?

I’ve been blocked twice in 15 days (I’m currently blocked) and both times they asked me to go pro (button « switch to Vinted Pro ») even though I already am.

The first time they unblocked me saying it was a mistake. Now I’m still waiting for their response to my appeal since Sunday afternoon. And by email, they just reply that they will get back to me and that the appeal is being reviewed.

So I’m waiting, I’m depressed, because it was a large part of my income. But that’s how it is.

Well, that was 14 days ago!

They also unblocked me quickly at the time, telling me it was a mistake…
