Account blocked for "commercial sales" even though I'm already a pro

Hello, I need help with my Vinted account.

My account was banned for « suspicion of commercial sales, » even though it is a professional account. I sell my items legally and have always tried to respect the platform’s rules.

I don’t really understand the decision, as my activity is precisely what a pro account is for. From one day to the next, my account was blocked, and I no longer have access to my listings or my sales.

I contacted Vinted support to ask for explanations and to appeal, but so far, I haven’t had a clear answer.
