In the past, you should know that I had already experienced other blockages, but totally unjustified. By insisting, I had been able to recover my account.

And I assure you that often these blocks are not due to real problems or errors, but to a wrong assessment by Vinted.
I have the impression that Vinted’s organization is really poor and unprofessional.
The new account can be created after about three months when Vinted has deleted all your data from their archives.
At this point, with all your data deleted, you should also be able to use your ID without any problems.

Vinted admitted they had made a mistake in blocking my account only after receiving the email from my lawyer… before involving my lawyer, I had tried in every way to explain the mistake to Vinted, but it had been useless.

I was blocked a total of 4 times. My first 3 were clearly mistakes on their part and it obviously took insistence to make them open their eyes. But with a bit of well-written persistence, it works
