Call to the community of pros: bug on shipping costs display

Hello everyone!

We’ve noticed a bug that Vinted doesn’t seem to want to fix because we’re probably not complaining enough about it :sweat_smile:
It concerns professional wardrobes more than individual ones.

When you place an order on your wardrobe, with Colissimo shipping… Vinted doesn’t clearly indicate the shipping costs. This causes problems when editing an invoice with the correct information.
1- Are you also experiencing this problem?
2- How do you handle your invoices in this case?
3- I suggest we all report the bug at the same time to push them to fix it. If you’re in, reply below :folded_hands:

Example in image: The first is Colissimo but doesn’t show the shipping cost amount unlike the second which is a Vintedgo sale

I don’t know if this could be a bug, but I’ve never had it. Just on FB groups, like with UPS it’s almost like on AliExpress, like you have the item for €10 and shipping for over €100.

Thank you for the feedback. I don’t think this is a bug, but rather depends on the location of the seller and the buyer… there have already been several posts on the forum about this, concerning quite large or distant items.
